Since going plant-based, I’ve had to rewire a little. Since the turkey was always my favorite dish at Thanksgiving, I’ve had to redirect my attention a little bit. A good cook can make a decent turkey or ham but an amazing cook can make veggies taste just as good if not better than the “main course.” While I wouldn’t consider myself an amazing cook, every now and then I create something somewhat palatable. Since I’ve had a lot of requests for my “recipe” for roasted sweet potatoes (yams), here it is. It’s my first time writing a recipe as I never follow any, so go easy on me.
